About the role
Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) with AI – Remote position.
Responsibilities
- Translates business requirements into Pega rules/configurations.
- Design, develop and implement Pega applications following guardrails and best practices.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP/JDBC.
- Lead technical design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Debug and optimize performance using Pega diagnostic tools.
- Utilize Pega AI Capabilities, Including Next-Best-Action (NBA)Customer Decision Hub (CDH)Predictive AnalyticsAI-driven RecommendationsIntelligent Automation
Requirements
- Pega experience of 8+ years
- Pega CSSA minimum certification with 2+ years experience with CSSA.
- Previous upgrade and PEGA cloud experience desired.
Skills
- Comprehends Enterprise Class Structure with inheritance to build shared components and ensure scalable architecture.
- Strong skills with communication, leadership, and collaboration wi,th cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
