Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles, tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows.
  • Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance.
  • Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews with a focus on domain-specific compliance and scalability.
  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways, trading platforms, and insurance data providers.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Pega development experience, with 3+ years as a Lead System Architect.
  • Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $96,366 to $150,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
