Pega - Lead System Architect

Location: Pennington, NJ

About the role

Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions to meet business needs. Lead the implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization initiatives. Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services to ensure seamless operations. Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security enhancements. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development, especially Pega CLM
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale Pega applications
• Strong knowledge of Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and enterprise application integration
