Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, focusing on Constellation UX and modular design.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business requirements reflect domain-specific needs such as regulatory compliance, financial product workflows, and insurance processing.
- Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings tailored to BCM and Insurance operations.
- Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and enterprise integration standards across financial and insurance systems.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with a strong understanding of domain-specific KPIs and SLAs.
Experience And Skills
- 10+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years in Pega projects.
- Strong understanding of Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
- Experience Working With Common Data Model And Integration Requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pega Business Architect certification required.
