Job Title: Pega Lead Business Architect Location: Trenton, NJ Work Model: Hybrid 2 Days On-Site Job Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to bridge business and technology teams, lead requirements gathering, and translate business needs into functional application solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, use case development, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software implementation. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Manage functional requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Lead stakeholder workshops, sprint planning, backlog reviews, and Agile development activities.Develop process flows, functional designs, test cases, and supporting documentation.Support test planning, execution, validation, software implementation, and deployment.Identify project risks, coordinate mitigation activities, and align business and technical teams.Mentor Business Analysts and provide user training and ongoing project support. Required Skills and Experience 9+ years of relevant professional experience.7+ years of experience in business analysis and use case development.Pega Business Architect certification with at least 4 years of post-certification experience.7+ years of experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC.7+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments.7+ years of experience in requirements documentation, functional design, test case development, and test execution.7+ years of experience with enterprise software configuration and deployment.Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications IT technical background and experience in enterprise software delivery.Experience in business process modeling, change management, and client workshops.Experience mentoring Business Analysts and supporting customer success teams.
