Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) | Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Financial Services industry. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define business requirements, drive process optimization, and deliver innovative Pega solutions leveraging the Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts for Pega transformation programs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Define and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to translate business requirements into Pega solutions.
• Support implementation of Pega Constellation UX and modular application design.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise integration and data standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications, requirement traceability, and change control processes.
• Drive best practices across Financial Services business processes and Pega delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Analysis or Business Architecture experience.
• 3+ years of experience working on Pega projects.
• Pega Business Architect Certification required.
• Experience with the Pega Infinity Platform.
• Experience with Pega Constellation UX.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Financial Services Experience Required: Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following: Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management, Lending, Payments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) Certification.
• Consulting experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

Pay

Base Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 plus a 20% annual bonus.
