Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable solutions using enterprise workflow and case management technologies.
- Design, configure, and develop applications across case management, workflow automation, and UI components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support enhancements, production issues, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Build integrations with internal systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design discussions, and code reviews.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on development experience.
- Experience with case management, workflows, rules, and integrations.
- Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and production support processes.
- Effective communication skills with technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
