Pega Developer / Pega Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable solutions using enterprise workflow and case management technologies.
• Design, configure, and develop applications across case management, workflow automation, and UI components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support enhancements, production issues, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Build integrations with internal systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution design discussions, and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience with case management, workflows, rules, and integrations.
• Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and production support processes.
• Effective communication skills with technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
