Pega Certified Business Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Pega-based projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Design and implement Pega solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present project updates, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega development and project management methodologies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Pega technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Pega Certified Business Architect principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Pega platform functionalities and capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of additional Pega certifications or related technologies is preferred.
• Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong customer service orientation is preferred.
