Peer Support Specialist - South Mountain

Location: 3540 E. Baseline Rd. Unit 150, Phoenix, AZ 85042
Schedule: Full-Time Employed, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Facilitate various family group activities that support and strengthen members and their families in their recovery.
• Encourage, assist, and support families in expressing their perspectives during assessment, service planning, and service delivery while maintaining a focus on recovery and resiliency.
• Create and facilitate a variety of family group activities that support and strengthen a family’s journey of recovery.
• Promote community integration, independence, and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements.

Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE)
