Responsibilities

• Case Manager (Massachusetts): Work closely with Veterans and Service Members to develop individualized stabilization plans addressing housing, employment, and wellness needs.
• Peer Support Specialist (Massachusetts): Empower Veterans and Service Members to develop a life action plan that optimizes their health and wellness.

Requirements

• Full-time positions available in Massachusetts, Devens, Lawrence, Manchester, and New Hampshire.
• Experience working with Veterans and Service Members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a related field preferred.
• Commitment to serving Veterans and their families.
