Clear Path for Veterans New England is dedicated to empowering Veterans and Service Members adjusting to civilian life after the military. We provide essential resources, family support services, and community outreach to help them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Case Manager (Massachusetts): Work closely with Veterans and Service Members to develop individualized stabilization plans addressing housing, employment, and wellness needs.
- Peer Support Specialist (Massachusetts): Empower Veterans and Service Members to develop a life action plan that optimizes their health and wellness.
Requirements
- Full-time positions available in Massachusetts, Devens, Lawrence, Manchester, and New Hampshire.
- Experience working with Veterans and Service Members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a related field preferred.
- Commitment to serving Veterans and their families.
