This position plays a crucial role in the community outreach team, focusing on providing peer support services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities to identify potential clients
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement support programs
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate referrals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or social services
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
