Responsibilities

• Using lived experience and recovery journey to build trust, offer mentorship, and model hope.
• Helping participants navigate services, access resources, and advocate for their needs.
• Collaborating within a team to ensure equitable support and community integration.
• Documenting services, participating in care planning, and coordinating with partners to promote safety and well-being.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience related to behavioral health, justice, or community-based programs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Lived experience and recovery journey valued for this role.
