About the role
As a key member of our team, you will provide direct services to individuals and families in need, focusing on areas such as housing assistance, food security, and basic needs support.Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to individuals and families in need
- Assist with applications for government benefits and other resources
- Coordinate with community partners to enhance service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports of services provided
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry and record management systems
- Knowledge of local social service agencies and resources
