About the role

Oaklawn provides comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment services. We are dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve recovery and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Current license to practice in your state (if applicable)
  • Experience in mental health or addiction treatment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Pass a criminal background check
