About the role
Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is seeking a Parent Partner to join our innovative team. Our clinical teams provide individualized, creative, and flexible services in homes and communities, infused with evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and provide support to youth and their families receiving Family Behavioral Health Services.
- Help a parent voice their perspective and ensure other team members understand it for treatment planning.
- Achieve incredible outcomes with children, youth, and families by partnering with them and their natural and community services and supports.
- Maintain hope for their success after formal behavioral health services.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with scheduling flexibility to meet youth and families' needs.
- Provide services in community-based settings and family homes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age 21 or older.
- Personal (lived) experience as a parent of a child who has been or is receiving community / mental health services within the past ten years.
- Ability to drive to family homes within the community with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance with an acceptable driving record per CCS policy.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to visually assess safety within family homes and in the community.
- Availability to flex some work hours.
- Demonstrate necessary attitudes, knowledge, and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
- Pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment.
- Support and uphold the mission, beliefs, and values of Catholic Community Services.

Pay
Starting Pay Range: $26.19 - $27.76 per hour
