Responsibilities

  • Provide supportive services to our members in a community setting
  • Facilitate recovery-based services by sharing personal experiences
  • Offer living skills training
  • Provide personal assistance
  • Offer peer and family support
  • Help members with care coordination
  • Aid members in accessing additional community supports
  • Promote community integration, independence, and self-sufficiency
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements

Requirements

  • Dependable, caring, and compassionate
  • Find motivation in helping members live better lives
  • Experience with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
  • Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Starting at $16.05/hour DOE
