Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services to our members in a community setting
- Facilitate recovery-based services by sharing personal experiences
- Offer living skills training
- Provide personal assistance
- Offer peer and family support
- Help members with care coordination
- Aid members in accessing additional community supports
- Promote community integration, independence, and self-sufficiency
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements
Requirements
- Dependable, caring, and compassionate
- Find motivation in helping members live better lives
- Experience with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week
