About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Pedorthist, responsible for managing comprehensive pedorthic patient care based on physician prescriptions.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Fitting, fabricating, adjusting, or modifying footwear, orthoses, and other pedorthic devices to address foot and lower limb issues.
- Demonstrating professionalism and expertise in managing patient needs related to footwear and orthotic devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Certified Pedorthist is mandatory.
- Possess certification through the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC).
- Minimum of one year experience in direct client care preferred.
- Valid Class D driver’s license with a good driving record.
