Pediatrics Physician

Position Overview

Base Salary: $340,000 (full-time permanent outpatient + inpatient/call responsibilities)

Start Bonus: $25,000 paid with first paycheck

Productivity Bonus: RVU-based (paid quarterly, >50% MGMA)

Call Coverage: Approximately 10 days/month (shared among 3 providers)

Clinical Scope

Outpatient pediatric care with opportunity to help build a new pediatric office

Inpatient pediatric admissions: Level 1 Newborn Nursery

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
