Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based primary healthcare to children in the Yakima and Kittitas Counties.
- Collaborate with a team of providers to ensure high-quality care for patients.
- Participate in administrative round tables with providers for input with strategic planning.
- Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
- Engage in meaningful patient care with a diverse population, exploring your specialty interests.
- Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek, no call or weekends, rounding, or attending deliveries.
- Benefit from dedicated admin time and strong support from clinical staff.
Requirements
- MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited US Pediatric Residency.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate, current BLS certificate.
- BEC/BC required.
- Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.

Pay
Base Salary: $205,000-$247,400. Salary is based on encounters per day (18-26 tiered-level), and experience.
