Yakima Pediatrics needs a pediatrician to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based primary healthcare at our large, single specialty practice. Come work in a collaborative, team-focused environment to provide the children in our region access to high quality, and affordable care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based primary healthcare to children in the Yakima and Kittitas Counties.
• Collaborate with a team of providers to ensure high-quality care for patients.
• Participate in administrative round tables with providers for input with strategic planning.
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students.
• Engage in meaningful patient care with a diverse population, exploring your specialty interests.
• Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek, no call or weekends, rounding, or attending deliveries.
• Benefit from dedicated admin time and strong support from clinical staff.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited US Pediatric Residency.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate, current BLS certificate.
• BEC/BC required.
• Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.

Pay

Base Salary: $205,000-$247,400. Salary is based on encounters per day (18-26 tiered-level), and experience.
