About the role
The opportunity includes a call of 1:5See 15-18 patients per day, establishing an established practice at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital. The hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access DNV accredited facility serving 8 Southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals).
Responsibilities
- Establish an established practice at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital
- Treat patients in a Level II nursery
- Utilize 24-hour air and ground support to a Level I Trauma Center 45 minutes away
- Access to X-Ray, CT scan, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, bone densitometry
- Work in a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
- Live in a community with an abundance of outdoor recreational activities, quality education, and affordable housing
Requirements
Requirements include being BE/BC Pediatrician, with the ability to work in a rural setting.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
- Experience in a rural setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Skills
Skills required include excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $295,000 - $330,000.
