Pediatrics Physician

Overview

Reputable, established clinic with 1 Pediatrician and 1 Nurse Practitioner is expanding due to growth, offering work-life balance in a region where it’s truly attainable. The clinic features advanced, in-house ancillary services, including digital X-rays, full immunizations, and comprehensive lab.

Responsibilities

• 4.5-day work week with a 9 a.m. start
• Shared hospital rounding call with 3 physicians
• Treat patients from newborn to age 21
• Focus on ADHD, asthma, and lifestyle management, including advising parents on diet and exercise

Requirements

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• 2027 residents welcome
• Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Mississippi

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of pediatric epidemiology and infectious diseases
• Knowledge of diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation principles and techniques
• Current knowledge of medications appropriate for children, including side effects
• Familiarity with traditional and web-based prescription systems
• Fluency in Spanish or competency with Medical Spanish
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without U.S. residency, holding a current U.S. work visa

Benefits & Pay

• Medical insurance and malpractice coverage provided
• Salary range: $200,000–$250,000, dependent on experience
• Production bonus starting in month 13
