About the Role
We are seeking providers to serve patients ages 0–21 with a strong focus on wrap-around specialties and support across 30+ specialties. This opportunity includes awarding 1 full-time equivalent (FTE) position with additional providers considered for the provider pool.
Requirements
- Active Washington state license
- Clean professional history (priority for early start dates)
Providers without an active WA license or with less-clear histories will be considered after initial candidates.
