Vancouver Clinic is seeking Medical Assistants-Certified (MA-C) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support our Pediatrics team across multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

  • Rooming patients
  • Collecting and documenting clinical information
  • Assisting providers with exams and procedures
  • Administering medications and immunizations within scope
  • Managing patient communications
  • Supporting the overall delivery of patient care

Requirements

  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification
  • Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting preferred
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment

Qualifications

MA

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc) for MA-Certified credential

LPN

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • Current Washington State LPN license in good standing

Schedule

  • Multiple schedule options available, ranging from four 10-hour shifts to Monday-Friday schedules, depending on department and business needs
  • Positions available in both full-time and 0.5 FTE capacities

Pay

  • MA: Pay range starts at $22.25 with active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential and goes up based on experience
  • LPN: Pay range starts at $28.02 and goes up based on experience
