Pediatrician

Brooklyn, New York • Full-Time, Monday-Friday • Salary: $200,000-$240,000

About the Role

Provide comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents in a modern, tech-enabled environment where quality care and patient experience come first. You’ll work alongside an integrated clinical team, delivering pediatric primary and urgent care while helping shape a forward-thinking, community-based model.

• Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental monitoring
• Conduct well visits, sick visits, and continuity care
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools to enhance workflow and efficiency
• Educate and counsel families on growth, development, behavioral health, and nutrition
• Collaborate with specialists, telemedicine services, and integrated care teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the EHR

The focus is on delivering efficient, high-quality care while building strong, trusted relationships with families in the community.

Requirements

• MD or DO with active New York State medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• ACGME-accredited Pediatric residency training
• Comfortable with outpatient pediatrics (well visits, sick visits, continuity care)
• Proficient in EMR systems and committed to HIPAA compliance
• BLS & PALS required (ACLS and Infection Control preferred)
• Spanish language skills are a plus
