Pediatrician

About the role

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a pediatrician to join their established Pediatric Group on the northern Oregon Coast. The Pediatrician will have a collaborative traditional pediatric practice in their multispecialty clinic located in Seaside, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Care for newborns through teens, primarily in an outpatient setting.
• Share hospital responsibilities equally with other pediatricians, including presence at deliveries and C-sections (only when there is a concern), inpatient rounding, and ED consultations.
• Work a four-day work week with dedicated administrative time.
• Receive a guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives.
• Eligible for hiring incentives including a commencement bonus and relocation assistance.

Requirements

Required qualifications include:

• An MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Accepted Oregon Medical License.
• DEA Certificate.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a collaborative traditional pediatric practice.
• Ability to work in both an outpatient and inpatient setting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
