About the Role

The Pediatric Transport Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a pediatric day healthcare setting. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive environment focused on pediatric needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled nursing care per physician orders
• Administering medications and therapies
• Documenting care and maintaining safety protocols
• Collaborating with healthcare team members

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Preferably 1+ year of pediatric nursing experience
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
