Role Overview The Pediatric Transport Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in a pediatric day healthcare setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, following physician care plans, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive environment focused on pediatric needs. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license, preferably with 1+ year of pediatric nursing experience, and current Healthcare Provider CPR certification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
