Become part of a mission-driven pediatric program committed to delivering quality care in a compassionate, family-centered environment. You'll join a robust, well-resourced team including board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists, pediatric hospitalists, and 24/7 in-house neonatologists.

Position Highlights

• Specialty: Pediatric General Surgery
• Schedule: Typically 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 surgical days per week; clinic hours Monday through Friday
• Call: Shared call, 1:3 rotation
• Patient Volume: 6–10 patients per clinic day; average 5–8 surgeries per week
• Practice Setting: Medical office building adjacent to hospital for seamless care coordination
• Facility: 110-bed pediatric hospital, including 40-bed general pediatric unit, 16-bed PICU, and newly built 30-bed Level IV NICU
• Support Resources: Board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists on staff, pediatric hospitalists, and 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage
• Subspecialty Depth: On-site pediatric subspecialists spanning cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, and more
• Guaranteed base salary with production bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Surgery
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Pay

A competitive salary with production bonus.
