About the role

We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home-based setting. Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of pediatric experience, home health experience, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish.

Pay

Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000 - $156,000

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities available, with flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload.
