Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist (SLP)
Make a difference one visit at a time at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, a clinician-owned and operated organization serving the medically fragile community since 2000. We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Colorado to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.
About the role
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children find their voice, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential—all while working with a supportive, mission-driven team. You’ll deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and empower families to support their children’s progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pediatric or home health experience and experience with feeding and swallowing therapy are preferred. New graduates and clinical fellows are welcome.

Pay
$65–$85 per visit
Estimated annual salary: $62,400 – $122,400
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload. Community-based care across Colorado service areas.
