Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)

About the role

At Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, we are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs)
• Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• ASHA certification
• Texas State SLP/SLP-CF License
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow preferred
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy preferred

Pay

Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000 - $156,000
