About the role
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs)
- Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility for CFs)
- ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow pursuing certification
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy

Pay
Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload
