Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CF)

About the role

At Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, we provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about helping children find their voice and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility for CFs)
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow pursuing certification
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
