Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist OP/B-3 (54741)

About the role

This unique role offers a blend of Birth to 3 (early intervention) services and outpatient pediatric therapy, allowing you to support children and families across natural environments and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based, evidence-informed therapy in home, community, and clinic settings
• Support infants, toddlers, and young children with speech, language, and feeding needs
• Partner closely with families using a coaching model in Birth to 3
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IFSP-aligned for B-3 and clinic-based plans for outpatient)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
