About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients by providing individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life. Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children from birth to age twenty-one.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class care.
• Engage parents and caregivers in therapy sessions to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan.

Pay

Competitive salary plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
