About the role
A speech-language pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Glendale clinic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children develop communication, language, feeding, and social interaction skills while working alongside a collaborative team of therapists.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
- Educate and partner with parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapists
- Provide mentorship and supervision for students and SLPAs, when applicable
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Valid CPR card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Interest or experience in early intervention and developmental disabilities
- Passion for professional growth and continuing education
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with AAC is a plus
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required

Schedule
Consistent Weekly Schedule:
- Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Working Conditions
The role involves standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, and sitting throughout the day while providing direct patient care. The role requires working with children who have a variety of developmental, communication, sensory, physical, feeding, and behavioral needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
