A dynamic and compassionate pediatric social worker is needed to support families in Chicago. This role involves providing counseling services, facilitating family therapy sessions, and collaborating with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Counseling children and their families in a pediatric setting
• Facilitating family therapy sessions
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans
• Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licenses in Social Work (LSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Knowledge of child development and mental health issues
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
