About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 1 physician and 1 APP. The practice setting is a mix of inpatient and outpatient care with no call structure required.

  • Access to enhance community health through comprehensive patient history assessments, diagnostic study interpretation, and preventative screenings

Drive high-quality health outcomes by diagnosing and managing acute and chronic pediatric sleep conditions in a diverse clinical mix featuring both outpatient clinic duties and inpatient consults.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
  • Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
  • Master’s degree in Nursing required
