Pediatric Simulation Model

About the Event

This event is designed for high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in healthcare within Southern AHEC’s service region.

Each high school will have one hour in the exhibit hall to explore health career paths through engaging discussions and hands-on medical activities. Students will also have the opportunity to learn about financial aid options, meet with healthcare professionals, college health students, and instructors.

Transportation funding is provided for each bus. Schools are welcome to attend both events with different groups of students.

Schedule

Exhibitor set-up begins at 8 am, the first set of students will arrive at 9 am, and the last group is scheduled to be out by 12 noon. There are 4 time slots for the high schools.
