Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. Responsibilities

• Comprehensive pediatric assessments — Perform ongoing clinical evaluations and respond to changes in condition
• Skilled nursing interventions — Medication administration, respiratory support, enteral feeding, and equipment management
• Family‑centered collaboration — Partner with families to promote comfort, safety, and stability
• Clinical documentation — Maintain accurate, timely notes to support continuity of care
• Home safety & infection control — Ensure proper equipment use and a safe care environment

Pay

$45/hr

Schedule

• Wednesday day shift
• Saturday overnight
• Sunday overnight (as needed)
• Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
