Pediatric School Speech Therapist (SLP) - Spanish Speaking
About the role
Milestone Therapy is seeking two Spanish-speaking Full-Time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists to join our team at a school in South Holland, IL. This position offers a school schedule and the opportunity to leverage your bilingual skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct bilingual evaluations and develop comprehensive IEPs for pediatric clients.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services in a scholastic setting.
- Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school-based team to get that kiddo discharged from their IEP!
Requirements
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology License.
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A deep commitment to helping children unlock their life's potential.
- Complete fluency in the Spanish language, both spoken and written.

Pay Range
$67,500 - $83,000 per year
