About the role

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric home care case in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role offers steady evening and weekend hours, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide life‑changing 1:1 care to a child who truly benefits from your skill and presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care focused on safety, comfort, and daily needs
• Support the child and family with consistent, compassionate care
• Collaborate closely with pediatric clinical leadership for guidance and support

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Preferred pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption

Pay

RN: $45/hr

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: PM transport – 7 pm
• Sunday: 1 pm–7 pm
• Flexible additional hours may become available
