Pediatric Registered Nurse

Join Affirmed Home Care's growing Pediatric Division! We are seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Manhattan, NY.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affirmed Home Care, you'll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You'll build meaningful relationships with your patient and their family while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients with ventilator and tracheostomy needs
• Deliver care in the patient’s home setting

Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• 12-hour overnight shifts

Pay

$55.00 per hour
