Pediatric Registered Dietitian | Full-Time | Days

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and documenting nutrition care plans, including medical nutrition therapy and education for patients and families.
• Monitoring nutritional status through physical assessments, anthropometric data, and biochemical indicators.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, foodservice staff, and social services to ensure optimal patient care, resource coordination, and formula management.
• Managing formula orders, calculating recipes, and adjusting plans as needed, including outpatient follow-up and communication via electronic health records.
• Providing age-specific, culturally appropriate nutrition counseling, and ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
• Applying evidence-based guidelines, demonstrating professional development, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics (Master's preferred).
• Registered dietitian license and state licensure.
