About the role
The Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer II (RDCS-II) is part of the patient care team and is entrusted with the care of patients undergoing cardiac sonographer studies on an inpatient and/or outpatient basis.
Pay
Minimum $45.72 | Midpoint $60.58 | Maximum $75.43
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
- Minimum one year of pediatric cardiac sonography experience.
- Preferred: Three years of pediatric cardiac sonography experience.
Education
- Graduate recognized program for echocardiography required

Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography (RDCS-PE) credentialing in Pediatric Echocardiography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonography (RCCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
