Pediatric Private Duty (RN/LPN) - Part Time

About the role

Area Family Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate, experienced RN or LPN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a pediatric student in a school setting (Pre-K).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric student throughout the school day.
• Maintain close monitoring of the student's health status and respond promptly to clinical needs during school activities.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, family members, and the clinical team to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment in a non-hospital environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Pediatric, home health, or school nursing experience preferred, but passionate nurses with strong clinical fundamentals are encouraged to apply!
