About The Role
Kids don’t get sick on a schedule — and families shouldn’t have to wait days for care. KidsWatch combines primary care and urgent care into one seamless pediatric model with extended hours.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries.
- Perform well child visits.
- Manage both scheduled and walk-in patients.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians.

Schedule Options
- 8am–4pm (daytime).
- 4pm–10pm (evenings).
- Weekend shifts available.
Compensation
- $70–$75/hour (daytime).
- $80–$85/hour (evenings/weekends).
- Growth-based incentives.
