Responsibilities

• Provide well-child visits, same-day sick visits, and follow-ups, performing age-appropriate histories and exams.
• Assess growth and development in pediatric patients.
• Order and interpret pediatric diagnostics and develop treatment plans under clinical protocols.
• Administer and counsel on immunizations and preventive care guidelines.
• Educate parents and guardians on nutrition, sleep, milestones, and safety.
• Screen for developmental, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns, coordinating referrals as needed.
• Document care in the EMR using AI tools to support quality improvement focused on pediatric outcomes.

Requirements

• NYS Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge.
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Preferred: 1+ year in primary or urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish.
• New graduates are welcome.

Pay

• Base Salary: $125,000–$188,000 (depending on experience).
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience).
• Performance Bonus: Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential, paid quarterly.
