About the role
Therapitas is a nonprofit organization that has been serving Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2009, dedicated to ensuring that Spanish-speaking children have equal access to quality therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence.
- Document services in our easy-to-use EMR.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant students.
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited program.
- Oklahoma PTA license or eligibility to obtain.
- New graduates and upcoming board exam candidates are welcome.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Mission-driven approach to care.
What We Offer
- $45,000 – $57,000 / year based on schedule and experience.
