Position Summary

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Job Description

• Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant Clinics in North Indy, East Indy, and Fishers
• Average 15-20 patients per day, with reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and applied behavior analysts (ABA).
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, assist with assessments, and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Support parents and caregivers in implementing home exercises and strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

Position Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
