About the role

Cynergy Rehab Group seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention Clinic in Jonesboro, AR.

Responsibilities

- Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of pediatric patients. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. - Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

- Current license to practice physical therapy in Arkansas. - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. - Completion of an APTA-accredited physical therapist program. - At least one year of clinical experience in pediatrics preferred.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.

Skills

- Knowledge of pediatric musculoskeletal conditions. - Experience with pediatric rehabilitation techniques. - Ability to work with children and families.
